x5999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between x5999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the x5999 platform available at https://x5999.vip and any associated mobile or web applications. By accessing or using x5999 in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the x5999 platform. x5999 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use x5999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active x5999 account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. x5999 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or self-exclusion that prohibits you from participating in online gambling.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and promptly update this information if it changes.
• You must hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that can receive SMS OTP verification messages during login and account activities.

Each player may hold only one active account on x5999. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. x5999 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and winnings voided. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify x5999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].

• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if prompted by x5999 as part of our KYC and security programme. x5999 strongly recommends all players enable 2FA regardless of whether it is required.

x5999 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawal requests. You must cooperate fully with any KYC process and provide requested documentation promptly. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds until the process is completed satisfactorily.

x5999 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the following approved payment channels:

• Approved payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. x5999 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion and will notify players of any material changes via the platform.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account tier and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless x5999 grants explicit written permission to use an alternative method. This rule exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the payment system.
• x5999 processes most withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times for bKash and Nagad are typically under 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. x5999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the player's bank.
• x5999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may charge their own transaction fees, over which x5999 has no control. You are responsible for checking and accepting any fees levied by your chosen payment provider.

x5999 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction that it suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or associated with prohibited activity. In such cases x5999 will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any funds are permanently withheld, except where applicable law or an ongoing investigation requires otherwise.

x5999 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the applicable promotion. x5999 reserves the right to exclude any player from any bonus offer at its reasonable discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may only be used to wager on eligible games. • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of completed wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless x5999 expressly states otherwise in the applicable promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x5999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds or cycling funds through the platform without genuine wagering intent.
• Registering or using more than one account, whether under your own name, a fictitious name, or using another person's identity or payment credentials.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Colluding with other players or with any x5999 employee or contractor to manipulate game results, bonus outcomes, or the settlement of bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds in any game or betting market. Any winnings accrued through the exploitation of a platform error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at x5999 staff, support agents, or other players via any channel including live chat, email, or social media.

All content on the x5999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of x5999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The x5999 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of x5999 and may not be used without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the x5999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content from the platform without express written permission from x5999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x5999 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the x5999 platform.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, network outages, or interruptions to payment processing that are outside x5999's reasonable control.
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any nature even if x5999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits x5999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all cases where liability is not excluded, x5999's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x5999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to x5999's operating jurisdiction.
